platform (the "Platform"), including the website, mobile application, and
related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to our Terms
and trading conditions.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a
contract to use our Services.
Services Overview
CourierDost connects users with independent verified and registered service
partners (SP’s) to facilitate logistic services. SP’s share their rates
through the Platform, enabling users to choose the most suitable option.
CourierDost acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actual
transportation of goods.
Use of the Platform

Booking Services: Users can request logistic services from
SP’s registered with CourierDost.

Rate Comparison: The Platform allows users to compare rates
and services offered by different SP’s.

Communication: Users can interact with their selected
Service Providers (SP’s) through the platform for all booking-related
queries.
User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information, including contact details and
delivery addresses.

Accurately describe items, specifying their nature, value, and any special
handling requirements.
- Properly package items to ensure safe transportation.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to
prohibited items.
Prohibited Items
Users may not ship:
- Illegal substances
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods without proper packaging
- Valuable items without appropriate insurance

Partner Services

Independent Service Partners: Partners registered with
CourierDost are independent contractors and not affiliated to / employees of
CourierDost.

Service Standards: While CourierDost strives to connect
users with reliable Service Partners, it does not guarantee service quality
as our scope is limited to providing the users with various options
available in the market.

Liability: CourierDost is not liable for damages or losses
resulting from SP’s services, including shipment damage or loss. If the user
has availed insurance for their shipment, they must inform us if they wish
to lodge an insurance claim. If required, we can assist in the survey
process initiated by the Insurer and provide a Certificate of Fact from the
Service partners, which is essential for claiming insurance. For uninsured
shipments, in the event of damage or loss, the service partner’s liability
is limited as per their trading conditions.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and SP’s acceptance.

Payments must be made through the available payment methods on the Platform.
- Fees are non-refundable after shipment is picked up.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties,
express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
CourierDost's liability is limited to the service fee paid. CourierDost is not
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CourierDost harmless from any claims, losses,
or damages arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these
Terms.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations are subject to CourierDost's cancellation policy.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the Platform is owned by CourierDost.
